Mr. C. Kruger-the Chairman of the Company is a man of vision and varied experience. The Company which he heads in Switzerland, Krugeger + Co. AG Degersheim, is one of the leading companies in the field relating to humidity control with products and services, water damage restoration, dehumidification, humidification, heating and air-conditioning etc. With distribution network throughout the country.

Mr. Kruger, in association with Mr. C. F. Yang established Kruger group of Industries in Singapore, to cater to Swiss and South East Asian markets. The ventilation related products are the forte of this group. The Kruger Asia Holding Pte. Ltd. is the parent Company of this venture.

Mr. Kruger, true to his nature, has been also participating in several philanthropic and charitable activities in several parts of the world to help people in need. His concern for children in distress has resulted in the establishment of a Charitable Foundation-Krüger-Kinderhilfswerk für Indien in Switzerland and 'Kruger Foundation for Child Aid' in India.

Mr. Kruger deeply believes that business without honesty and ethics is not an occupation worth pursuing. This innate philosophy of business culture has given a new dimension to 'KRUGER' ventures.

Director - Mr. José Palau Mallol

Mr. José Palau Mallol is the Managing Director of Soler&Palau and a Director of Kruger Asia Holding Pte Ltd. Soler & Palau was created in 1951. Since the beginning we specialized in the design, development and manufacture of ventilating fans and air moving appliances for HVAC Domestic, Commercial, Industrial and Specialist OEM applications. In these years we have reached a leadership position in the European market.

Managing Director - Mr Yang Ching Fu

Mr Yang Ching Fu is the Managing Director of Kruger Asia Holding Pte Ltd. He has 40 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration industries and has been traveling widely in the Asia Pacific Region since 1976. Mr Yang is also the Chairman of Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) Pacific Rim Region. In 1998, he established Kruger Ventilation Industries Pte. Ltd to bring quality product to the Asia Pacific region. In 2004, the company has achieved an annual turnover of 57 million USD.
