With 48 levels, this 214m high tower is the new corporate headquarters for the one of Indonesia's premier land development corporations. In addition to commercial office space, the project also includes an art gallery, cafe and restaurant, conferencing facilities and executive suites to the upper levels. Forming the centrepiece of an entensive mixed-use development in central Jakarta, the tower shape is generated via a sequence of rotating floor plate set-out's through the height of the building. This provides an undulating building profile to which a complex, modular facade system is applied-resulting in a collection of unique forms and external textures.
