The
Kruger KSC Series Smart Data Acquisition Card is designed for tunnel fans,
providing a digital solution to gather all fan sensor data and transmit it
directly to the PLC via Modbus TCP over LAN. By replacing bulky analog wiring
with a single LAN connection, it reduces installation costs, eliminates signal
loss, and enables faster setup with true plug-and-play convenience. The system
integrates data analytics, vibration analysis, and motor heater control,
allowing preventive and predictive maintenance for a more reliable and
efficient tunnel ventilation system. Each fan is assigned a unique IP address,
ensuring smooth communication and seamless integration with modern tunnel
systems such as sensors, cameras, and SCADA platforms.
