IPP3 Tri-Fuel Power Plant is designed to use natural gas and heavy fuel oil (HFO) as its main fuels and light fuel oil (HFO) as the back-up fuel. The combined plant capacity is 573 megawatt, making it the world’s largest internal combustion engine power plant.
